At True North VBS, kids will discover that they can trust Jesus in a wild world! True North is filled with awesome Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, and touch! Hands-on science experiments, team-building games, unforgettable Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the standout activities that help faith fl ow into real life. (Since everything is hands-on, kids might get a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes.) Plus, we’ll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life—something we call God Sightings. Get ready to hear that phrase a lot!
Children in preschool through 5th grade are invited to register for four days of True North fun! VBS will be 9am-12pm, August 18-21 at Christ the King. There is no cost, but we ask that families please pre-register. Simply visit: https://ctkcda.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/2980680 and click the Register button to get started. Note that you will be initially be asked for a phone number or email address to get started creating your account in order to register.
Volunteers Needed! Help make this year's True North VBS a success by volunteering your time. There are many different roles from helping decorate before VBS to working hands-on with the children. VBS will run Monday-Thursday, August 18-21, 2025 from 9am-12pm. Volunteers will be expected to arrive by 8:30am and finish with daily debriefs by 12:30pm.
Youth in 6th -12th grade, along with adults of all ages are invited to sign up to volunteer. Click HERE to volunteer now. Note that all adults, age 18 and above, that will have direct contact with children will be required to pass a background check.
