Mission & Vision Leadership Board
The Board governs the congregation through Policy Governance, focusing on future vision and key strategies rather than day to day operations. With clear lines between board and staff roles, the Mission & Vision Leadership Board strives to be proactive in mission and ministry, rather than reactive. Strategic, "Where are we going?" leadership is emphasized over administrative detail (the church staff's role), with a focus on our preferred future rather than dwelling on the past

Christ the King's Elders serve in close tandem with the pastors. They are servant leaders who use their individual spiritual gifts to study, teach, and live God’s Word; participate in and encourage ongoing discipleship and mission; and extend pastoral care to members of the congregation.
