About Our Center

Our Early Learning Center sits at the back end of Christ the King Lutheran Church, tucked away amidst the tall pine trees of downtown Coeur d’Alene. The Center provides large classrooms, a full-sized gym, industrial kitchen, and lots of outdoor space. We are blessed with what God has provided!

Our primary focus as a Ministry of Christ the King is to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with the children and families of the Early Learning Center. What an awesome opportunity we have to share God’s love!

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Our secondary focus is to provide quality childcare and early education. Our teacher-guided curriculum is centered on the spiritual, social-emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of the whole child. Our program is enriched with chapel, music, athletics, dance, art, and gardening. We limit our program to ages 1 year thru 5 years old.

Partnering with both IdahoSTARS, and the Northwest District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, we are strong in resources and support; allowing us to provide excellence in education. In addition, dedicated teachers, administrators, and families work together to create the best possible learning environment for all of our children.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
